Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Pagestreet platform and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Pagestreet Group GmbH to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Pagestreet provides advisory and technology services relating to R&D tax credits, subsidies, grants, and business loans. The scope of services for each client is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Pagestreet cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are as agreed in the individual engagement agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by Pagestreet in the course of delivering services remains the property of Pagestreet unless explicitly transferred in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pagestreet's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. The courts of Munich shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
